A mask is an absolute must-have when it comes to celebrating Mardi Gras! Take a look at our tutorial to help your little ones create their very own costume. You have a choice between a fox mask, a cat mask, a lion mask or a dinosaur mask.  

For this workshop, you will need :  

  • The templates to download for free 
  • A pair of scissors 
  • An elastic thread

Step 1: Download and print the templates onto thick paper

Step 2: Cut out the masks, following the dotted line

Step 3 : Make a cut on the ears, on the dotted lines only for the lion and the leopard

Step 4: Insert the ears into the notches and glue them to the back of the mask

Step 5: Make a hole on each side of the mask and slide the elastic band through

Step 6: Secure the elastic band with a knot
