The terms and conditions below are applicable to the sale of products and services of the websitewww.petit-fernand.co.uk. By placing an order, you signify that you are fully aware of and accept our terms and conditions without reservation.

1. PRODUCTS

The stick-on and iron-on labels offered by Petit-Fernand are all made in France, and designed on site in Paris.

When placing an order for a product offered for sale at www.petit-fernand.co.uk, the client accepts the price and description as stated on the website. However, the font style, background colour and available illustrations as shown on the website may differ slightly to the product received by the client.

2. PRICES

The prices indicated on the website www.petit-fernand.co.uk are stated in pounds, all tax included. Petit-Fernand reserve the right to review and change product prices on the website at any time without notice, but the products are charged based on the pricing in effect when the order is registered, subject to availability.

3. THE ORDER

– validation of your order:

Unless the customer has completed the online order form and filled out their details, the order cannot be registered on the website www.petit-fernand.co.uk.

When the order has been validated, the customer will receive an email of confirmation.

– customer service:

Our customer service is open Monday to Friday from 10am to 12am and 2pm to 5pm to answer any questions concerning Petit-Fernand products.

4. PAYMENT

Petit-Fernand will accept payments in Euro, Pound and US Dollar by:

– credit card: secure payment via CIC bank through the website www.petit-fernand.co.uk

– payments can also be made using Paypal

5. DELIVERY

– the procedure:

Once the order has been validated by the customer and the payment has been successful, the products will be made in 2 days, maximum. Any delay on the part of the postal service must be taken into account.

Delivery is free worldwide.

Deliveries are insured for French destinations and international destinations through La Poste (French National Post) and local partners, with first class delivery. Petit-Fernand will not be held responsible for late deliveries, or postal malfunctions (total or partial strikes, floods, fires…)

– returns: 

All orders must be carefully checked by the customer before validating. In case of error on the customer’s part, no item can be reimbursed or exchanged, due to the made-to-measure service and personalisation of Petit-Fernand’s products.

All faulty items must be returned within 10 days of reception. Petit-Fernand will then immediately proceed with a replacement, if the error is proven to lie with their services.

In accordance with article L.121-20-2 of the French Consumer Code, the right to retract an order cannot be exercised in the case of personalised products, according to specificities of the consumer, under article L. 121-20-2 of the Consumer Code.

All returns are subject to a prior agreement.

  • The customer must contact Petit-Fernand by email at contact@petit-fernand.co.uk or on the phone: +44 203 445 0958 to signal the error. Petit-Fernand will then provide a return No. to be indicated on the return parcel.
  • The items must be returned first-class or second-class to the company address by post, in its original and full packaging, and accompanied by the return No.
  • After the non-compliance of the Petit-Fernand product has been verified, the products will be replaced immediately and the transport costs reimbursed, according to the postal charges in effect.

Any claim or complaint will have to be made prior to a period of 2 months after the purchase. Beyond this deadline, we won't be able to proceed to any exchanges or refunds.

6. PERSONAL INFORMATION

The collection of the customer’s personal details is necessary for the website www.petit-fernand.co.uk for the request to be taken into account. No personal details are given to third parties for commercial purposes in any circumstances, but will be used for the administrative purposes and for information updates, exclusive offers, and promotions within our company.

In conformance with the Freedom and Information law dating from 6th January 1978, modified in 2004, the customer holds the right of access, modification, rectification and suppression of his/her personal information.

To exercise this right, it is sufficient to place the online or by post to Petit-Fernand, indicating the customer’s email address and details.

The website is officially listed under the Commission Nationale Informatique et Libertés (CNIL). National Commission for Data Protection and Liberties (CNIL France) under the law number: 1611334

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The website www.petit-fernand.co.uk (including the technology listed below), logos, text, images, videos, illustrations and mascots, as well as ‘Petit-Fernand’, are the property of LEA in their totality, as are all of the related rights, and are protected by the relevant copyright laws. As such, the Petit-Fernand brand, logo and all of its illustrations have been registered with the French National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI).  All reproductions, total or partial, are subject to prior authorisation from the legal representatives of the society LEA.

It is possible for a website, in a personal or… capacity, to intergrate a direct link to a webpage of the website www.petit-fernand.co.uk. Prior permission, however, must be provided from the society LEA.

However, all complete or partial reproduction, and all usage on any medium whatsoever of the websitewww.petit-fernand.co.uk, is strictly forbidden.

8. RESPONSABILITY

The products offered on www.petit-fernand.co.uk comply with French legislation in effect, and to applicable standards in France. Petit-Fernand cannot be held responsible in the case of a breach of legislation in the country where a product is delivered (for example, in the case where a product is forbidden). It is the responsibility of the customer to verify with local authorities that the importation and usage of a product that he/she wishes to order is legal.

The society LEA cannot be held responsible in the case that the non-performance of its obligations is attributable either to an unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party, or in a case of force majeure as recognised by French jurisprudence.

9. ENTIRE CONDITIONS

In the case of one of the clauses of the present contract becoming null and void through a change in legislation, regulation or by a legal decision, the validity and respect of the current Terms and Conditions is in no way affected.

10. THE LAW APPLICABLE

The current Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. In case of dispute, the Paris tribunal will be the only competent authority of the matter.
