  • a free printable template to download below
  • spray paint
  • a pair of gloves
  • metal tins
  • balloons
  • a pair of scissors
  • elastic bands
  • masking tape
  • 2 corks
  • and… 2 skewer sticks

Step 1: cut the bottom of the balloon.

Step 2: stretch out the balloon and place it on top of the metal tin. For this step, get someone to help you - while one person holds the balloon stretched out, the other can attach it with some tape.

Step 3: before spray painting the tin, make sure to cover the top. Leave to dry for 1 hour.

Step 4: download the template, print it and cut out the paper strips.

Step 5: once the paint is dry, glue the strips however you wish.
