Fall is here! Time to put away the shorts and get out the raincoat and boots for gathering pretty coloured leaves from parks and forests ? It’s an opportunity to teach children a bit more about the different types of trees all around them. And to combine business with pleasure, we’re offering a tutorial for creating a pretty leaf wreath to decorate your front door with fall colours ?
A creative, educational and fun workshop for children from 4 or 5 years old.
For this workshop you’ll need:
- A cardboard wreath
You can cut one out of cardboard (20 cm outside diameter/10 cm inside diameter) or out of a paper plate (which works just as well). - Approximately 10 brads,
- A pair of scissors,
- Leaves of all colours and sizes,
- Perhaps a ribbon to hang the wreath.
