Don’t be jealous! After the dolls’ house, now it’s time to make a portable fire station!

It works exactly like the dolls’ house with 2 sheets of A4 cardboard that interlock into each other.

Perfect for a firefighter’s figurine of 7-10 cm.

For this DIY, you will need:

  • two printable templates to download below
  • 2 thin A4 cardboard sheets (those that you received with your personalised lunch box are just perfect!)
  • a pencil
  • scissors or a box cutter
  • and… strong glue

Step 1: download and print out the two templates in colour. Use scissors or a box cutter to cut off the empty edges.

Step 2: on cardboard, draw the outline of the paper templates.

Step 3: cut out the two A4 shapes.

Step 4: glue the four templates onto the cardboard.

Step 5: you should have two two-sided cardboard pieces as in the picture.

Step 6: use the scissors or the box cutter to cut out along the dotted lines from the two templates. Attention - the width of the piece cut out should be the same as the width of cardboard.

Step 7: interlock the pieces into each other as in the picture to create four rooms.
