Pirate’s accessories never go out of fashion! On the contrary, they always guarantee a successful birthday party of your little ones.

This week, we learned how to make Pirate’s Hat. We promise – it’s as easy as ABC!

DIY: Pirate's Hat

For this DIY, you will need:

  • a template of the pirate’s hat (see free download below)
  • black kraft paper
  • a cardboard package, e.g. from cereal
  • a skull and crossbones
  • a pair of swords… uh, excuse me, scissors
  • a box cutter
  • a marker and a pencil
  • … and a glue stick

DIY: Pirate's Hat
Step 1: print and cut out pirate hat's template along the lines, without forgetting to cut out the line in the middle. Draw the contours of the whole hat by using the template on black paper.

Step 2: mark the contours with a pencil and cut it out.

Step 3: print the skull, cut it out and cut out the eye space.

Step 4: to finish your pirate hat, simply glue the skull to the hat.

Step 5: adjust the hat on your little one's head and hoist the colours!
