Spring has sprung, the flowers bloom and the birds sing!

Today, we’ve prepared a spring DIY with a pretty birdhouse.

For this DIY, you will need:

  • our free template that you can download below
  • a small and empty perfume packaging
  • 2 types of coloured paper
  • thin cardboard
  • masking tape
  • coloured string
  • a cutter
  • a ruler

DIY Birdhouse
Step 1: using the masking tape roll, outline it at the center of the box and cut it out.

Step 2: then, close the box and decorate the right and left sides with masking tape.

Step 3: in some coloured paper, cut out a strip of the box's width. Then, cut out a circle at the same place as the one in the box and glue the strip around the box.

Step 4: in some cardboard, cut out a strip of the box's width and twice its length.

Step 5: then, wrap it in coloured paper and fold it in the middle to make a roof.

Step 6: with some string and a thread, make a knot and slide 3 white pompoms on it. Make knots at each end to hold them in place.

Step 7: to create the birdhouse's door, outline the inside and outside of the tape roll. Cut it out and decorate it with masking tape.

Step 8: finally, attache the roof to the box and glue the door. To make the bird, use our free template.
